Join or create an organization
Set up the workspace that owns your prompts, model access, and billing.
An organization is the workspace boundary in PromptLens. Prompts, datasets, evaluations, provider connections, and credits belong to the selected organization. Start by joining your team's organization or creating one for your own work.
Sign in and choose a workspace
Complete the personal onboarding questions after signing in. If you have an invitation, accept it with the intended account and select that organization. Access may depend on early-access approval or an existing organization membership; follow the access state shown in the dashboard.
When creating an organization, give it a recognizable name and choose a plan. Selecting Free is an explicit choice; you do not need to start a paid checkout to create a Free workspace. For Pro, complete checkout and wait for the dashboard to confirm activation. Returning from the payment page alone does not activate the plan.

Prepare the first evaluation
Ask an administrator to connect a model provider or make credits available. Then create a prompt and follow your first evaluation. Model access and the subscription plan are separate: a plan does not automatically connect your provider account.
If a workspace is paused, open its access message. Free organizations can have up to two members. After a downgrade, an administrator can reduce membership or reactivate Pro to restore access. Data remains in the organization during the pause.
Before changing any shared resource, check the organization switcher. CLI profiles and MCP calls have their own explicit organization context; changing the dashboard selection does not silently retarget another client.
