Account and organization settings
Manage identity, defaults, and leaving or deleting a workspace.
Your account identifies you across organizations. The selected organization determines which team's prompts, evaluations, providers, and billing you are viewing.
Update your account
Open account settings to manage profile and sign-in details through the account controls. These are personal settings. Renaming an organization or changing its plan is organization administration and requires the appropriate role.
Choose a default organization if you want a preferred starting workspace. A default is a convenience, not authorization to another organization and not a command to retarget every connected client.
Keep client context explicit
The dashboard has an organization switcher. Each CLI profile stores its own local organization choice; --org overrides that choice for one command. MCP organization-scoped calls include organizationId explicitly. If a stored organization becomes inaccessible, choose a new accessible organization deliberately.
Before a shared edit, model run, purchase, or membership change, inspect the organization name or ID in that surface. A prompt ID from one organization cannot be used to gain access through another organization's path.
Leave or delete an organization
Use the membership controls to leave a workspace you no longer need. Ensure someone retains the administrative access needed to manage it. Leaving removes your access; it does not transfer the organization's resources to your personal account.
Organization deletion is a separate administrative action. Review the target workspace and the final browser confirmation carefully, including the effect on its prompts, integrations, and data. Management clients provide a deletion link so the final decision happens in the dashboard. Do not use deletion as a way to reset a draft or stop one application from retrieving a prompt; use the relevant draft or retrieval-key controls for those tasks.
