PromptLens Credits
Fund eligible model calls and understand balances and pending usage.
PromptLens Credits are an organization balance for eligible managed model calls. They are separate from the subscription and from usage billed directly to a connected provider account.
Add credits
An administrator can buy a $50 credit pack from Billing on either Free or Pro. Confirm the organization before checkout; the purchase belongs to that workspace. The balance updates after payment is confirmed, not merely after returning to the dashboard.
The first confirmed Pro activation grants $50 in welcome credits once per organization. Renewals and replacement subscriptions do not refill that grant. Credits never expire and remain after subscription cancellation. There are no automatic refills.

Understand usage
Eligible calls reserve an estimated amount before execution, then settle against reported provider cost. An in-flight or interrupted call whose final cost is not confirmed can remain pending. Failed generations may still be charged when the provider reports usage. Cancelling a run does not undo completed provider calls.
Both generation and LLM judging can consume model usage. The number of dataset cases, whether production is rerun, and the number of judge evaluators all affect a run's cost.
When the organization has a connected provider key for the selected route, that key takes precedence and PromptLens Credits are not spent for those calls. Your provider bills them separately.
Resolve a balance problem
Check that you are viewing the purchase's organization and that the payment is confirmed. For persistent pending usage or a missing confirmed purchase, contact support with the affected evaluation or payment reference. Do not send provider keys or payment credentials.
If the organization is paused because it exceeds the Free member limit, resolve membership or the plan first. Buying credits does not remove a workspace access restriction. See plans and billing.
