Members, invitations, and roles
Invite teammates and manage access within an organization.
Organization administrators manage membership and invitations. Members can work with prompts and evaluations within the organization, while administrative actions such as provider configuration and billing require an administrator.
Invite a teammate
Open organization settings, go to members or invitations, and invite the teammate using the email address they intend to use. Choose the appropriate role and check the plan's member capacity before sending. A pending invitation is different from an accepted membership.
Review pending invitations periodically and revoke those that are no longer needed. Revoking an invitation prevents its later acceptance; removing an existing member is a separate action.

Change or remove access
Before changing a role, consider which administrative tasks the person still needs to perform. Before removing a member, check that the organization will retain the administrators needed to manage it. Review the confirmation against the intended person and workspace.
Current membership and role are checked on management requests. Removing a member or reducing their role affects what they can do next, including through CLI and MCP connections. It does not cancel evaluations already accepted.
Free supports two members; Pro supports unlimited members. If a Free workspace has too many members after a downgrade, an administrator can remove members or upgrade to restore normal work. See billing and permissions.
To leave your own organization or delete a workspace, follow account and organization settings.
