1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromptLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PromptLens is a platform for testing and evaluating LLM (Large Language Model) prompts. The Service enables users to run evaluation pipelines across multiple models, track baseline comparisons, manage datasets, and generate shareable reports.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Third-Party Services

The Service routes LLM calls through OpenRouter, a third-party LLM routing provider. PromptLens manages the API infrastructure — you do not need to provide or manage API keys. Your prompts and inputs are sent to underlying model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) via OpenRouter to generate responses.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with the acceptable use policies of the underlying model providers
• The content of the prompts and inputs you submit through the Service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PromptLens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and prompts remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
