5. Third-Party Services

When you run evaluations, your prompts and inputs are sent to LLM providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) via OpenRouter, our LLM routing provider. PromptLens manages the API infrastructure on your behalf — you do not need to provide or manage API keys. These providers have their own privacy policies that govern their handling of your data:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You can delete your datasets, prompts, and experiments at any time. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.
