Share results and download reports
Publish an aggregate result snapshot and control access to its link.
Share a completed evaluation when someone needs to review the summary without joining your organization. Finish all required reviews first. For a comparison report, choose two to four compatible evaluations so the aggregate results have a meaningful common basis.
Create a report
Open the result's sharing controls, select the evaluation or compatible comparison set, and inspect the public preview. The report is a snapshot of aggregate results, not a live view that follows later prompt edits or new evaluations.
The public summary excludes prompt contents and individual case contents. Names can still reveal context, so review the prompt and report names as well as the metrics before creating the link. Anyone with the public link can view the report; distribute it accordingly.

Download or revoke
Use the report's PDF download action when you need a portable summary. A downloaded report is a separate copy; revoking the link does not remove copies someone has already saved.
The report creator or an organization administrator can revoke its public link. Revoke reports that should no longer be accessible and create a new snapshot when you want to share newer results. If report creation is unavailable, check for pending review, incomplete runs, or incompatible comparison selections before retrying.
